The CS1 is a multipurpose beam selectable metal halide moving light. It provides lightweight and flicker free output due to its use of an electronic ballast. The output field quality is similar to HMI type lighting, yet more versatile.The power input of the fixture is auto sensing from 95 to 260Vac, further making it a perfect unit for staging, rental and production houses. Power input is via a neutrik powercon connector. This connector has a locking device which makes its simple to switch power cords when necessary but doesn't allow it to easily fall out while mounted in your truss. The pan/tilt movement of this light allows you to focus from your console, saving numberous hours of trying to use high reach lifts to aim lights. Sometimes the lights are placed in hard to reach locations, making this light an invaluable time saver.

By changing these lenses, different beam angle spreads of light may be produced. The lenses make the unit very flexible by allowing the designer to better control the beam shape and throw distance versus beam diameter.
